Hairdresser by day, Mommy by night.

Hairdresser live the life of rock-stars, one min we are creating some awesome"MAGIC" standing on our feet ALL day with the longest hours ever; the next we are meeting new people interesting people, sometimes famous people.

Being a hairdresser truly is MY dream job. I Love it! I learn new tricks and tips and go to neat hair shows try out the best products and I get to fill you in on my secrets along the way. I love making people feel good about themselves, it makes me feel good However on the flip side I have people saying "wait what? There is no way you are a mom!" The answer is YES I am a mom. I have an amazing and somewhat silly 5 year old as well as my part time kids(aka my husbands kids ages 6 and 2) working as a hairstylist its sometimes hard to be the mommy I want to be because like I said earlier about the long hours.

                                            Tryn my daughter

Juggling life and hair is hard work but somebody has got to do it! My daughter is a total DIVA! She loves going to all the fashion shows and hair shows with me and sometimes she tells me what products she thinks I need. Keep in mind she is 5. this girl has hair breed into her veins... I jokingly tell people she was born in a hair salon.

As a working mother it is hard on me and makes me sad because my whole life is split in two, half is in the Salon and half is at home! Lately I have shifted my focus and have ventured into the wedding market, BRIDEZILLAS! (lol kinda joking) I have always rocked an up-do/formal style and now I focus on them! I work with makeup artists, photographers and wedding planners,M.O.B (mothers of the bride) and Best-friends! Its long weekends but there is nothing more satisfying then knowing you were a very important part of their special day. The best part is my week days have cleared up a ton and I get more time to be a MOM! One day I will be the M.O.B and I am going to be glad I had time to focus on my own little bridezilla, watching her grow and teaching her life lessons such as cooking, how to clean and most importantly how to be a mother.
